What you would do

As HR officer, you oversee the recruitment and on-boarding of new employees, drive the continuous development of all our staff and help ensure our staff is happy. Concretely, your responsibilities include:

  • Co-develop our in-house training curriculum
  • Drive capacity building
  • Develop and organize workshop
  • Own the staff appraisal cycle
  • Track career progress
  • Ensure well-being of our staff through events and our benefit plan
  • Coordinate staff recruitment
  • Welcome and onboard new staff
  • Create, update and renew employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Organise internal events and social activities

You do this in close cooperation with the Managing Director and our team leads that mentor our software developers and project managers.
