What you would do

As HR officer, you play a key part in our company as our people, their talents and happiness are at the core of your strategic success. As HR, you are a person of trust for our employees, care about their wellbeing and drive their continuous development. Concretely, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Onboard new employees
  • Be a person of trust for our employees
  • Advise management on employee wellbeing
  • Track career progress and drive career development
  • Manage staff appraisal cycle
  • Develop and organize workshop, events and social activities

You do this in close cooperation with the Managing Director and team leads that manage our various teams.
